Yvette Eves MBSY BSYA(CI)
Hatha yoga is the physical yoga. It is used to improve general wellbeing by exercising the whole person, body, mind & spirit. This is achieved through a variety of exercises: breathing, stretching, relaxation.
Yoga is non-competitive; you can progress at your own pace. The classes offer an opportunity to learn how to know oneself better, to be more aware of one's own body, learning to work with it.
People join the classes for a variety of reasons, and, as the classes are small, everyone gets plenty of individual attention.
Yvette Eves is a qualified yoga instructor with 30 years' experience. She belongs to the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP's) at Level 3, Advanced Instructor.
